The New Orleans City Park Improvement Association proposes to lease approximately eighteen (18) acres of land within the New Orleans City Park for the purpose of the operation of an Equestrian Facility. The property is generally located on the Northeast corner of Marconi Drive and Filmore Avenue in New Orleans City Park. The Lease will be for a primary term of ten (10) years with a ten (10) year option to renew provided certain conditions contained within the Lease are fulfilled.
A copy of the Bid Proposal and Lease are available at the Administration Building of the New Orleans City Park Improvement Association located at 1 Palm Drive, New Orleans, Louisiana 70124 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. weekdays. The exact terms of the bid and lease are contained in those documents. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the Administration Building on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Bids will be opened on February 7, 2012 at 2:00 p.m.
