Please note that you must bring your printed tickets with you to the gate to gain entry. Only Celebration in the Oaks admission tickets can be scanned at the gate on a smartphone. We are not able to scan unprinted tickets at any time at any other location including rides, other gates, etc. and they will not be honored.
When you complete your purchase, your tickets will be accessible from the confirmation page and will also sent via email to the address you enter at checkout. This must be your real email address. Please check your junk mail if you do not receive the tickets after a few minutes.
To print tickets, you must have a pdf reader installed such as Adobe Acrobat Reader and a working printer.
Tickets purchased for the nightly Celebration in the Oaks event can be used any time during the event, but not at the Preview Parties. Preview Party and Children's Preview Party tickets are valid only on the night of the events. Ride tickets purchased at Celebration in the Oaks may be used during regular operating season at the Amusement Park.
