- Popup blockers must be turned off before starting your transaction, and Adobe Flash Player and Acrobat Reader should be installed. See the bottom of this page for more detailed instructions.
- Depending on your browser settings, you should see a confirmation page after clicking submit on the form. If you do not, please do not click submit again, click refresh, or click your back button- doing so will result in duplicate orders and charges.
- You will receive a confirmation and your tickets at the email address provided on the sales form within five to ten minutes. Actual processing time will vary depending on sales activity at the time of your purchase. If you do not receive the message or the confirmation page, please notify Web Sales Support with your information and we will resend your tickets/confirmation.
- It is imperative that the email address provided is valid. Please check your spam or junk mail folders for the confirmation before attempting to resubmit your ticket request.
- Bring your printed tickets directly to the gate. Ticket barcodes will be scanned at the gate for entry.
- There is an online service charge of 10% of the ticket price, up to a maximum of $1 per ticket.
- Scheduled maintenance is performed between 4am and 6:30am daily. Online ticketing will not be available at these times. If you are unable to access the page at other times, please contact Web Sales Support.

How to turn off pop-up blocker for Internet Explorer
- Open Internet Explorer.
- On the Tools menu, point to Pop-up Blocker, and then click Pop-up Blocker Settings.
- Open the Tools menu and click on Options.

The following window will appear.

- Click on the Web Features icon in the list on the left.
- Remove the checkmark beside the Block Pop-up windows option.
- Click Ok to close the window.
- You may need to install Adobe Flash Player or Adobe Reader on your computer.
- Click on the logo on the page to download and install Adobe Flash Player or Adobe Reader.

- The link will open another window that takes you to Adobe's web page with easy-to-follow instructions on how to download and install on your computer.

Q: The tickets I selected are not in the shopping cart.
- Be sure to click "Add to Cart" for each ticket type, i.e. Adult and Child

Q: I receive a box when I try to view my receipt page.
- You need to install the latest version of Adobe Reader on your computer.

- Check your email for a receipt confirmation.
- Check your email for a receipt confirmation.
- Check your email for a receipt confirmation.
- It may have been removed by your Spam filter.
- Check your Spam, Junk Mail, or Trash folders.
- Be sure to allow email from webdev@omniticket.com
- If necessary, we can resend your confirmation email. Please notify Web Sales Support with the name and email address used on the purchase form, an alternate email address, the approximate time and date of the attempted purchase, the number and type of tickets, your phone number, and when you plan to visit. Please also note any error you encountered in attempting to retrieve your tickets. Clicking the email above link should list the items to include in the body of the email.
